Our units are clean and filled with amenities that keep satisfied renters coming back every year. The Orlando, Florida area is unmatched for fun in the sun! We know that you'll enjoy staying in one of our vacation properties. The Ventura Country club is a popular choice for local golfers, and the property also features several swimming pools, tennis courts, playgrounds for the children, shuffleboard, tennis courts, and more. You won't forget the great time you have in Orlando, especially when you stay with us! Dear Renter,I personally hope you enjoy your stay at our property. We have spent extra time to insure that you have the best amenities available to make your vacation the best ever. The Ventura Community has a lot to offer and very well located to the coast of Florida and the Magical Kingdom. Whatever your desire, you are just a short drive away. If you require any additional towels, service, etc during your stay, please leave a message for me at 615-847-1525. 
We do offer a full maid service for your property at an additional $100 per cleaning. If you would like this service, we can arrange it to be cleaned on Monday, Wednesday or Friday with a 2 day advance notice. Our housekeeper Maria will ensure that the details are handled for you as you would like them. The pool passes are required to get into the pools at Southpointe or the Main Club House. Please carry these with you at all times to insure no issues with the security guards. We appreciate your business and be sure to book us early as our properties go very fast since we offer the "extras" that make our quality stand out.
